Booyacka yes! It’s a meme about cake. Nom nom. I was nominated for this one a while back by Tricia Drammeh but then one of her good writer friends died suddenly and it seemed a bit frivolous to do this straight away so I left it for a while… and now, here I am…
A cake, recently. Since this photograph was taken this cake has, sadly, been eaten. It leaves a few crumbs and a desire to make another one… only slightly less complicated.

Cookies or Cake?
That’s a tricky one. I love chocolate buns (weigh two eggs, put the same amount of sugar with them mix until it’s light and fluffy, add the egg’s weight in flour with some cocoa powder. Stick it in a tin and cook it for about 10 minutes on 180c. These are the best buns, or cake you can have. Pukka.
Favorite Sweet Treat?
My Mum’s Gingernut biscuits… lord they’re good. Or a can of condensed milk – small, of course – Mmm Mmm.
When Do You Crave Sweet Things The Most?
There’s no most, I like a bit of sugary treat all the time
Sweet Nick Name?
Sadly none of my nicknames have ever been sweet. Indeed they are far from it.
Nickname number 1 (say the numbers in Lottery Balls Man voice it’s marginally more funny): Belly
Nickname number 2: Fanbelt
Nickname number 3: Sweary
Nickname number 4: Scary

Congratulations MT! I love your garden cake – awesome! I can’t believe I’ve found my first ever fellow condensed milk fan. Big can for me generally lasts a few hours. Ah I love condensed milk. McOther used about a teaspoonful in a recipe the other week,I decanted the rest of the can to a plastic container and I’ve been eeking it out and I’ve just finished the last of it today!
